Mandatory entry of PIN for credit card transactions

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage.
In accordance with the “Credit Card Security Guidelines” set forth by the Japan Credit Association to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards, the “Identity authentication by signature” for IC credit card transactions will be discontinued on and after April 1, 2025, and a PIN (4-digit number) will be required for all transactions. PIN (4-digit number) is now mandatory.

Therefore, for the safety of our guests, we will also require the PIN to be entered at our hotel.

If you do not know the PIN of your credit card, please contact your credit card company in advance.
