The year 2025 is just around the corner!

Atami is associated with many things, such as hot springs, but you can’t miss the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, a classic event!

Fireworks are often thought of as a summer tradition, but in fact, the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival is held throughout the year in Atami, and colors the sky in spring, fall, and winter as well.
(It is rare…. When I first came to Atami, I was surprised to learn that they set off fireworks throughout the year…)

You may think that fireworks are not so popular in winter, but in fact, the clear winter air is perfect for fireworks. In fact, the clear winter air is ideal for viewing fireworks, making them even more beautiful!

However, it gets quite cold on winter nights, so watching them outside may seem a bit… However, Atami Korakuen Hotel is proud of the fact that you can see the fireworks from your guest room! (*Except for rooms on the mountain side)
This time, we would like to introduce you to a “special seat” experience that you can enjoy from your guest room if you stay at Atami Korakuen Hotel on the night of the fireworks display!

Atami Korakuen Hotel offers a great view of the fireworks from its ocean-side guest rooms, but this time we have actually photographed the fireworks display from our “Standard Room Japanese-style room” in the Tower Building from the room! (The fireworks display held on November 24, 2025 was filmed!)

Incidentally, we recommend that you darken your room when viewing fireworks from your room.

When you turn on the lights, it is easier to see in the dark because the room light reflects off the window glass! (Also, simply darker is better for the atmosphere (#^^#))

This is how you can see the night view from the room. You can see the shimmering cityscape of Atami…!

Soon after, the fireworks display started with a loud bang.

You can even feel the vibration from your room… You will be able to see the fireworks with great intensity right in front of you!

Fireworks of various colors color the night sky of Atami, creating a somewhat fantastic scene.

You can enjoy the view while sitting on a chair by the window of your guest room, or lying down on the floor next to it – you can relax and enjoy it in your own style! (It would be nice to enjoy it with a drink, too!)

By the way, I would like to introduce a recommended shooting location that I noticed while shooting. If you put your phone on a table by the window and shoot fireworks, you can shoot fireworks as if they were reflected on the surface of the water (the blurred effect of fireworks reflected on the table is not good. Isn’t it? LOL)

The fireworks display can be viewed from the balcony of AQUA SQUARE’s Ocean View Rooms, as we have introduced the fireworks display from our guest rooms in the Tower Wing!

You can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze outside while enjoying the powerful fireworks!

In addition, the “Excellency Room” offers an outstanding view of the fireworks from a higher floor!

Fireworks displays in Atami are usually held in spring, summer, fall, and winter every year, so please experience the beauty of fireworks according to the season.
