Important Information for Visitors with Children

(1) For safety reasons, children 0-3 years old are not allowed to enter the museum.
Children from 4 years old to elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same sex and are not allowed to take mixed baths.
Some facilities (open-air standing baths, open-air hot spring baths with free-flowing hot water, sauna with a view, wax bath, bedrock bath, and Torkkua) are not available due to safety control.
