Notice of Revision of Parking Fees

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage.
We regret to inform you that effective May 8, 2025 (Thursday), parking fees will be revised as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Passenger cars, buses, and other vehicles requiring parking space

■Parking fees
Free parking for the first hour after entry
500 yen/vehicle for 30 minutes thereafter

Discounted parking service

＜Customers using Atami Korakuen Hotel＞
・For overnight stay use: 500 yen/unit per night (until 12:00 pm on check-out day)
・For conference/banquet use (day use): 500 yen/unit for 4 hours from entry

< Customers who use OCEAN SPA Fuua>
・For 5 hours from entry: 500 yen/unit
・For 7 hours from entry: 500 yen/unit if you use the Spa Lunch Set
*The following hours will be extended depending on the amount spent at the hotel facilities.
If you spend 2,000 yen or more: plus 2 hours/unit
If you spend 4,000 yen or more: plus 4 hours/unit
* If you use Atami Korakuen HotelWhen a customer who uses OCEAN SPA Fuuauses , the above hours will be extended depending on the usage.

＜Customers using the Shops & Restaurants＞
・For customers who spend 2,000 yen or more: 500 yen/unit for 2 hours from entry
・For customers who spend 4,000 yen or more: 500 yen/unit for 4 hours from entry
* When customers who use Atami Korakuen Hoteland OCEAN SPA Fuuause the Shops & Restaurants, the following hours are extended according to the amount spent.
2 For customers who spend more than 4,000 yen: plus 2 hours/unit
For customers who spend more than 4,000 yen: plus 4 hours/unit

＜When using Atami Ropeway and Atami Museum of Treasures:
・When using Atami Ropeway: 500 yen/unit for 2 hours from entrance
・When using Atami Ropeway and Atami Museum of Treasures: 500 yen/unit for 4 hours from entrance
* When customers using Atami Korakuen Hotel, OCEAN SPA Fuua, Shop & Restaurant use Atami Ropeway and Atami Museum of Treasures, the following hours will be extended according to the usage conditions. The following hours will be extended for customers using the Atami Ropeway and Atami Museum of Treasures, depending on their use of the facilities.
When using Atami Ropeway: plus 2 hours/unit
When using Atami Ropeway and Atami Museum of Treasures: plus 4 hours/unit

*The above parking time includes the first hour free of charge from the time you enter the parking lot.
*In the case of consecutive nights, the discount rate will be added according to the number of days of stay. (e.g., for 2 nights, 500 yen per night x 2 nights = 1,000 yen per car)
