The moment I enter a cafe and open the menu, I first check to see if there are any matcha sweets available, and if I find a limited time matcha fair, I stop by anyway.

I opened the menu thinking, “I’ll hold back this time…” But then I found myself ordering a green tea parfait and even buying a green tea latte on the way home… (I doubt if I was willing to hold back this time…).

If I was asked to choose between chocolate or green tea, I would choose green tea without hesitation.

Matcha ice cream if you eat ice cream, matcha latte if you drink sweet drinks, matcha cake if you eat cake… I’m a big matcha drinker.

I’m so excited that I can’t help but write big letters… I can’t believe they made matcha right in front of me… (I’m so excited!)

Look at this beautiful matcha color… It is a green color that befits the name “o-no-cha,” and is deeply inviting to the eye….

The most important thing about this matcha is that it is made from “Satori,” an original blend of matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture, which is twice the amount of matcha commonly seen in “usucha (thin tea).

Since it is finished with such a thick tea, of course it must be delicious…!
