A cookie kneaded with rare natural honey from the Buro Apiary on Mount Buro at the foot of Mt. Fuji, sandwiched between buttery chocolate, is a very popular langdosha with a crispy texture and the sweet aroma of honey.

The honey is used generously in the dough to create a new, melt-in-your-mouth galette with a sweet aroma that fills the mouth with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
